Privacy policy
This policy explains what Synaptic Core collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to info@synapticcore.org.
01What we collect
When you send a project inquiry, we collect what you enter in the form:
- your name, company, email address and, if you give it, your phone number;
- your role in the decision, your industry and how you prefer to be contacted;
- your project details: the service, project type, description, existing website, budget range, desired start and timing flexibility.
With the inquiry we also record the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source) and the time you agreed to be contacted. Your IP address is used briefly to stop spam and repeated submissions; we don't store it with your inquiry.
This site is hosted by Squarespace, which may set cookies and collect basic visit data to run the site. See Squarespace's privacy policy.
02How we use it
- to reply to your inquiry and arrange any conversation you ask for;
- to understand your project and decide, with a person reviewing it, how we can best help;
- to keep a record of the inquiry and any follow-up about it.
We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't sell or share your personal information for advertising.
03Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers, only to run the steps above:
- Brevo keeps our client records and sends the emails about your inquiry. Data may be stored in the European Union.
- Supabase runs the secure service that receives the form and passes it to Brevo. It doesn't keep your inquiry.
- Squarespace hosts this website.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
04How long we keep it
If your inquiry becomes a project, we keep it as part of our client records. If it doesn't, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask.
05Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@synapticcore.org and we'll respond within 30 days. Replying to any of our emails works too.
06Security
Your inquiry is sent over an encrypted connection, the keys to our systems are kept on the server and never in this website's code, and access to client records is limited to our team.
07Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
08Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
